Al tacto, <strong>debe adherirse ligeramente a la mano sin sentirse arenosa<\/strong>.<br \/>Dosis ideal: 7 gramos por shot de espresso.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ad8d5e;\">\u25aa\ufe0fConsejo de Fonseca:<\/span>\u00a0si usa un molinillo casero, ajusta hasta que el flujo sea lento y cremoso. Un molido demasiado grueso diluye el caf\u00e9; uno demasiado fino lo obstruye.<\/p><p><strong>2- Molienda para caf\u00e9 de filtro<\/strong><br \/>Para m\u00e9todos de goteo como el filtro o el bal\u00f3n,<strong> la molienda debe ser m\u00e1s gruesa<\/strong>, permitiendo una <strong>extracci\u00f3n lenta y uniforme<\/strong>.<br \/>Piensa en una consistencia similar a la arena de playa: aireada, sin polvo fino ni gr\u00e1nulos grandes. Al extenderla en la mano, no debe pegarse; debe fluir libremente.<br \/>Proporci\u00f3n recomendada: 15 gramos de agua por cada 1 gramo de caf\u00e9. Por ejemplo, prepara 30 gramos de caf\u00e9 molido para 450 gramos de agua; esto da lugar a 4 tazas de caf\u00e9.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ad8d5e;\">\u25aa\ufe0fConsejo de Fonseca:<\/span> la molienda media realza acentos florales y frutales sin amargor.
